Our refund policy for construction estimation services
Our refund policy outlines the conditions and timelines under which refunds may be granted for our construction estimating services.
Refunds are only considered under exceptional circumstances, such as errors or discrepancies in the estimate that are attributable to Construction Estimate Decryptors. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the final estimate or service delivery. Refunds will not be issued for changes in project scope or client‑induced delays.
Once the estimate or service has been delivered and completed by our team, no refunds will be issued. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving the work before making any payments. A full refund will be issued if the estimate is canceled within the same business day of payment, regardless of the reason.
In the event of a dispute regarding the quality of service or errors in the estimate, clients must submit a written refund request within 7 business days of receiving the service. Refunds will be considered on a case‑by‑case basis, with the maximum refund amount not exceeding the amount paid for the service in question.
