Service Terms

Our typical turnaround time for an estimate is 2 to 3 business days. However, depending on the size and complexity of the project, the timeframe may extend from several days to a few weeks.

1. Service Scope and Client Responsibilities

Construction Estimate Decryptors provides estimating services including, but not limited to, bids estimates, construction estimates, subcontractor and general contractor estimates, and material takeoff. Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete project information. Any changes to the project scope must be communicated in writing and may result in additional charges for any major change.

2. Payment and Invoicing

To protect your financial information and facilitate secure and convenient payments via credit card, debit card, or Stripe, we utilize QuickBooks Online Payments. Upon receiving your project blueprints and reviewing the scope of work, we will provide a free quote outlining the anticipated delivery date and the affordable charges for the estimate. After your approval of the estimate, a 50% advance payment is required. This payment can be made via your desktop or mobile device, or by contacting us directly at info@constructionestimatedecryptors.com.

3. Confidentiality and Use of Information

Clients may request that the information provided to Construction Estimate Decryptors remain confidential. Upon such a request, we will prepare a mutually agreed-upon Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). In the absence of such a request, Construction Estimate Decryptors reserves the right to use the provided information for marketing purposes. This may include details such as cost estimates, project names, personal names, company names, logos, and design drawings.
